A season full of promise and optimism has devolved into one of disappointment. I could be talking about Ohio State or Notre Dame. At least in Columbus, no one is clamoring for the coach to resign – or at least since the USC game. I am filled with glee seeing the ineptitude of both Michigan and Notre Dame’s teams being rewarded with fan displeasure. That said, no fan should be throwing items onto the field or at a player. That is just plain wrong.

Awful Announcing: Jay Glazer Asks For A Media Reporting Scorecard
Read the article. If ESPN were a car company, they would be GM - unfortunately, there is very few true alternatives at this. Possibly in a couple of years, enough sports will be sick and tired of ESPN's biased reporting and boycott them like Michael Jordan has boycotted Sports Illustrated.

Say Whaaaat?
Do you know who Emmitt Smith is? Of Course you do. Have you really ever listened to him provide game analysis? Seriously? Have you?
So, for the football season, I'll try to add some more of these - I find them fascinating.
"Some guys fall hard, some guys learn how to fall. The guy that falls the hardest the most, is the guy who's going to be hurt the most."- Emmitt Smith
This is the best

Two other "Photos of the Day"
When interviewed this past week, Lendale White blurted out "OSU Sucks" - he wasn't even asked a question about OSU - but he had to say something. How does the saying go "It is far better to be thought of a Fool rather than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt?"
